In December 2017, the NSW Government released the Water Reform Action Plan (WRAP) in response to the Independent investigation into NSW water management and compliance, conducted by Ken Matthews, AO and the Murray–Darling Basin Water Compliance Review.
The WRAP contains 40 discrete actions that the NSW Government has undertaken to ensure delivery of its responsibility to ensure that NSW has an equitable and transparent approach to the management of water.
Risk-e Business Consultants was selected to perform an independent review of those 40 actions and provide a public report on progress to date in February 2018.
