Local Land Services After Action Review of the North Coast Floods

Local Land Services engaged Risk-e Business Consultants post the February/March 2022 North Coast Floods to undertake an After-Action Review on the Agricultural and Animal Services Functional Area response.

Risk-e Business undertook a series of fourteen interviews requesting observations and experiences on preparation, operations and collaboration. The report was presented to the LLS Board for their consideration.
