Warrigal's Executive Team Puts Crisis Management to the Test

Risk-e Business and Nemesis Consultancy recently partnered to deliver the first of two desktop exercises for the executive team at Warrigal Residential, Retirement & Home Care.

After receiving initial Crisis and Emergency Management (EM) training, including enhanced knowledge of their Master Plans, it was time for the Executive to put that learning into practice.

Today, the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) faced multiple flood scenarios designed to test their understanding of EM arrangements and the CIT's roles. It's inspiring to see a service provider committed to the safety and well-being of their residents and staff by proactively strengthening their crisis management capabilities.
