Risk-e Business Consultants, in collaboration with Ken Moroney and Nemesis Consultancy Group, delivered an Introduction to Emergency & Crisis Management Training to the team at Warrigal. The session focused on understanding the roles and functions of the Crisis Management Team, ensuring everyone is prepared to respond effectively to any incident, crisis, or emergency.

The training included working through Warrigal’s Master Crisis and Emergency Management Plans. The executive team and managers were introduced to key emergency management concepts and the specific roles they would need to perform in critical situations.
