Risk-e Business was selected by the NSW Government (DPI) to operationalise preparedness for Foot and Mouth Disease. Our expert biosecurity team were able to advise on key strategic and operational preparedness issues including:

  • Ensuring preparedness had been operationalised

  • Prepared and reviewed comprehensive gap analysis, operational orders, concept of operations and specific sub plans for relevant areas crossing multiple agencies, alignment of responses to state and national plans.

  • Established stakeholder protocols and communication plan between government, agencies and media. 

  • Facilitated multi agency working groups and exercise management.

  • Prepared and delivered After Action report including identifying future challenges.
