Emergency Management Master Plans

Fresh Hope requested that Risk-e Business Consultants work with them to develop an Emergency Management (EM) Master Plan, Business Continuity Master Plan, Review and update residential care plans and develop retirement living plans and an EM Communications Master plan.

In July 2021, Risk-e Business Consultants was able to deliver the Emergency Management, Business Continuity and Emergency Management Communications Master plans.

We are currently working with Fresh Hope to finalise the eight (8) individual Residential Care BCP’s, once finalised we will work with Fresh Hope in developing BCP’s for an additional eight (8) Retirement Living premises.

Risk-e Business also worked with Fresh Hope Management to develop and implement their Covid Safety Plan.
