Major evacuation exercise

Risk-e Business Consultants, in partnership with Nemesis Consultancy Group, was engaged to develop and exercise a major evacuation of the M4-M5 Link Tunnels.

This involves activation of the Crisis Management Teams at two locations, ensuring coordination and reporting. The development of plans, running sheets, operational orders and exercise material has all been completed. The exercise has been delayed due to COVID Health Orders.
