Review of capabilities

In June 2021, Risk-e Business Consultants developed and delivered an Active Shooter Exercise with staff from the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery, Communities and Justice cluster of Government. The scenario focused on the two key risk areas of the Sheriff’s operating environment, that is, the point of screening and the execution of functions in the community.

The exercise resulted in a number of recommendations for consideration by the Office of the Sheriff. Additionally, Risk-e Business Consultants was engaged to review and provide analysis of previous audit reports and risk assessments on the development of future capabilities of the Office of the Sheriff.
