Successful Completion of Major Exercise with Country Fire Authority Victoria

Risk-e Business is pleased to have completed a two-day major exercise with Country Fire Authority (CFA) Victoria. Our team, led by Dave Owens and Dave Donohue, traveled to Victoria to facilitate this comprehensive "catastrophic day" response exercise, which simultaneously engaged all 8 Regions and 21 Districts of the CFA.

The exercise, named "Red Ember," was crafted to meet CFA's specific needs, incorporating their own processes, procedures, and policies. Our approach focused on creating realistic scenarios that not only highlighted areas of strength but also identified opportunities for improvement. This collaborative effort demonstrates our commitment to tailoring exercises to each organisation's requirements, regardless of their size or industry.

We are thrilled with the positive feedback received from CFA Chief Officer Jason Heffernan, who praised our team for generating an exercise that included many unexpected challenges. We look forward to continuing our mission of helping organisations like CFA Victoria perform effectively under stressful situations through targeted, well-designed exercises.
