Inland Rail and Risk-e Business Join Forces for Emergency Management Training

At Risk-e Business, we enjoy working with companies and organisations that take Crisis and Emergency Management seriously.

Inland Rail is one such organisation. We have joined forces to provide a series of exercises and information sessions to assist staff, managers and the leadership team to further develop their roles within the Crisis Management Team.

This has seen Risk-e present 'An Introduction to Emergency Management', a 2-hour session, across three states on four occasions, covering all levels of the organisation.

We will be visiting Wangaratta, Victoria, to run two simultaneous exercises for the Delivery Leadership Team and Principal Contractor Representatives.

Then it's back to Sydney for a session with the Senior Executive, including the Board, CEO and Crisis Management Team. This will then allow us to assist in updating their CMT documentation and duty cards for roles and functions.
